Terms & Conditions

1. Order Lead Time & Rush Fees

-All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the requested pickup or delivery date.

- Orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance will be considered rush orders and will require a 20% rush fee based on the order subtotal, excluding delivery fees.

- The rush fee is non-refundable, even if the customer cancels the order.

- Rush orders are subject to availability and approval. Submitting a rush request does not guarantee acceptance.

- The applicable rush fee will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

- The order is not confirmed until the required deposit and rush fee have been received.

- Golden Angel Sweets reserves the right to decline rush orders that cannot be accommodated.

2. Deposits & Payment

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.

- Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

- The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

- Accepted payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, Cash, and Apple Cash.

- Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in order cancellation. The deposit will remain non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

- The 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as it covers time, preparation, and materials reserved for your order.

- If you cancel after the remaining balance has been paid, any refund beyond the non-refundable deposit will be determined based on the preparation already completed and costs incurred.

- Once an order has been completed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or failure to collect the order.

4. Rescheduling Policy

- Rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability.

- Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may not be accommodated.

- Approved rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees if ingredients, materials, or preparation have already been purchased or completed.

- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and must be approved by Golden Angel Sweets.

5. Order Changes

- Any changes to an order, including flavors, designs, quantities, or other customizations, must be requested as early as possible.

- Changes are subject to approval, availability, and any applicable price adjustments.

- Additional charges may apply to approved changes.

- Changes requested within 48 hours of scheduled pickup or delivery date may not be accommodated.

- Once preparation or decorating has begun, certain changes may no longer be possible.

6. Pickup Policy 

- Customers must arrive at the scheduled pickup time and location.

- A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After this period, product freshness and/or decorative quality cannot be guaranteed.

- If you anticipate being late, please contact Golden Angel Sweets as soon as possible.

- Once an order has been picked up, the customer is responsible for handling and transporting the products safely. Pleas handle all items with care.

7. Delivery Policy

- Local delivery is available throughout all five boroughs of New York City. Delivery in New Rochelle and Yonkers may be considered and additional fee may apply.

- A $10 delivery fee applies to all Bronx and Manhattan deliveries. A $20 delivery fee applies to all deliveries in the other boroughs. 

- Someone must be available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

- A 15-minute grace period is provided. If no one is available to receive the order after this period, the order will be returned, and delivery may be rescheduled.

- An additional $10 rescheduling fee will apply to arrange another delivery attempt.

- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

8. Final Order Agreement

- By submitting an order and paying the deposit, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these policies.

- Golden Angel Sweets reserves the right decline orders that cannot be accommodated.
